D Vaughan Consulting’s Founder and Executive Director, David Vaughan, is a seasoned coach and consultant who specializes in developing healthy churches. David recently retired from a successful 20-year ministry at Whitewater Crossing Christian Church in Cincinnati, Ohio to give full-time focus to this critical area. David also serves as the Program Director of the Healthy Church Initiative for the Christian Church Leadership Network (CCLN).
